A few things you might be wondering.
Do my customers need an account?
No. They choose an available appointment and leave their name, e-mail address and phone number.
Can I change my working hours?
Yes. Add separate periods for breaks, close days and block dates or times when you are unavailable.
What happens when I reach my limit?
Your existing bookings stay safe. Only new actions that exceed your allowance are blocked. Free businesses can upgrade for more capacity.
Does Planlistly take payments from my customers?
No. You can display a service price, but payment arrangements remain between you and your customers.
Can I send confirmations and reminders?
Confirmation e-mails are sent when an e-mail provider is configured. Pro includes reminder support with the same delivery requirement.
